Cory Haim found dead

That sucks. The kid could have been a great great actor. Great promise as a young man.
 
Sadly, I wish I could say I were surprised. I saw him on "The Two Coreys" a couple of years ago, and he was a real space cadet. I figured back then that it would only be a matter of time before the drugs caught up with him.

Too sad. It's really a shame there isn't more support for child actors hell-bent on self-destruction, although I'm not really sure what you can do in the end. The guy had been in rehab something like a dozen times, and he just couldn't overcome the addiction.
 
I can't post a link, but one write up I read this morning said that in a 2007 interview, he said he was eating 85 valium a day. 85. That's like Johnny Cash's old Mexican speed habit, minus the talent.
 
That sucks. Lost boys was cool when him and the Frog brothers took on the vampires. That movie blows away all the lame vampire crap that has come out recently
 
guy had a very serious problem. if you saw the two corey's, it was undeniable. it will be interesting to see the toxicology report though.
 
There was a time that I lusted after him like mad.

Then there came a time when I could have bought him for an hour for $20, but by then he had already been rode too hard and put up too wet.
