opinions please. Is the food fresh, what kind of restaurant does it compare to?

we have 'em here in socal.

Cafeteria style. Premade everything, including sandwiches. Pretty decent grub. Homemade potato chips are good.

Avoid the one in Union Station, Washington DC like the plague. What a cluster f&*k that place is.
