the MS one is nice as the Bluetooth USB folds up into the base for storage and thus disco's the battery so you don't drain them while not in use.

I am using the MS wireless for notebooks and have not had a problem. It is instantly recognized and I like the fact that the transmitter nestles in the mouse when not in use, as mentioned above.

you wouldn't, I think he's just touting the range of the Logitech mouse (such as for use in a living room w/a pc hooked up to the tv).

I have the pocket mouse pro also and really like it. The way the transmitter fits inside the mouse and turns it off to save power is pretty neat.

FYI - I noticed in an in-flight mag that cordless mice are prohibited at all times on an airplane. That was not obvious to me and I thought it was interesting.

I have one of the new Logitech MX models. I really love the fact that it recharges. And its an excellent mouse.

Strongly recommend it.
