copying links with firefox

o.k., with i.e., i used to just highlight the url, right click, select "copy", then go to where I wanted to paste it, right-click, select "paste".

now, w/firefox, that doesn't seem to work anymore.

is there some patch/plugin/etc. that I need to DL?

If it's a hyperlink, say for example, your name on the left of your post here (underlined and in blue), right-click over the link and select 'Copy Link Location'. Then right-click/Paste where you want it.

or just get the mouse gestures, right click on the link and drag up
