Copying a music cd

I'm sure this is real simple, but I've never done it before. I don't think we have a CD player that records. We do have a computer with 2 CD slots, but I have no idea if it's possible to copy from one to the other.

Can someone recommend an easy way to copy music to blank cd's. My wife needs to make about 22 copies for kids in her classroom.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to know for sure whether you have a CD burner or CD reader. Also, depends on the OS, are you a Mac or PC user?

It's a PC and as far as I can tell from the manual, it's a CD reader.

Is there somewhere you can take a cd to get copies made cheap? Or would I be better off buying something to do it?

Burners are incredibly cheap, swap out the reader (if it is a reader and not a burner) and put in a burner. You can find them for under $30, I've even seen them free after rebate. Install the driver software from the disc that comes with the burner. Download Itunes for Windows, its a free program that will burn CDs.
