Cooking a turkey upside/breast-side down?

Was watching the news a couple of nights ago and one of the newscasters recommended cooking the turkey upside down. Supposedly makes the breast more juicy as the juices go down. Never heard of that? Experience?

ideally you'd want to suspend it so the breast wouldn't be cooking in the pooling grease. I think it will be hard to get a nice brown skin.

I'm gonna use alton brown method

Cook it upside down for the 1st hour and then flip it.

I did Alton's recipe last year and it was incredible - first time to ever cook a turkey, also, so that makes the recipe even more impressive. Best turkey I've ever had!
