Convection oven cooking

I have had one sitting aside, inherited from an long lost aunt, but never bothered.

Got bored and threw in a NY Strip, seasoned with salt/pepper and olive oil, and it was outstanding.

Tender and flavorful, I had no idea.

I assumed this thing would turn it into leather, not the case at all.

My new favorite toy.

Easy to use, the Convection Roaster(what the label says), and very easy to clean.

I plan on roasting a chicken next, the cooking time is supposed to be cut by 1/3.

This is an old counter top model, I think my next oven will have this built in.

I'm sorry, what does this have to do with a convection oven? Did you convection-bake your steak?

My microwave has the convection feature as does one of the ovens. For the life of me, I can't get anything to come out right in it. Damn new fangled contraptions.
