Construction Jobs?

My brother-in-law just lost his job with one of the homebuilders in Austin. I realize in this market, there's not a lot of jobs out there, but if anyone knows of any leads or opportunities for a residential/commercial project manager/supervisor, that would be great.

He lives in Austin.
