She has gotten us into the playoffs regularly though. The only thing is I wish they would have listened to me and went after Kristen when I emailed them.
 
In my opinion, just getting into the playoffs is not that big of an accomplishment, given the current level of play in this sport nationally. I believe we can, and should, be doing much better. And expecting much better. After all, we are Texas.
 
AMEN! After all, "WE ARE TEXAS" and money should not be an object to attracting a top-notch coach to go to the next level!!
 
I doubt Candrea would leave Arizona.

But, the coaches at Arizona State, Alabama, and Washington would be the ones I'd pursue . . .
 
CAT has a few more pro softball years left plus maybe the 2016 olympics. Also she is very loyal to Coach Clark.

Don't forget Coach Clark has got us in the playoffs regularly. The only thing with CAT was two mistakes. This was pointed out by the softball tv announcers and one was not enough good hitters to give her run support especially against the weaker teams. Also when CAT left for that year off for the Olympics when the team traveled around she got to familiar with other college players when the team visited their campus. The mistake in this was that the softball players got to see her as another person and not as CAT and the mystiique (spelling?) and aweness was lost and this may have hurt her when she got back at Texas. Coach Clark should have told her to keep her associations like that to a minimum
