As someone from El Paso who is now a Longhorn and my father being the coach of Socorro's biggest rivals all I have to say if WOW El Paso can actually win something.

I went to the game at the Dell Diamond and Socoro can flat out stroke the ball. Corey Falvey hit two home runs- one was a two home run shot that cleared the 375 sign a good 20 feet in LCF, Then he comes up with the basesloaded and turns on the pitch and puts it in the corner for a grand slam!!

Another note;

On Felvey two run shot he broke El Paso city single season record with 17(now 18). He was tied with our very own Omar Quintanilla!!

I would like to see a few more El Pasoans in the ranks of the big 12 and of course a few more being longhorns.
