Does anyone know a good site to check on presales for the downtown condos being planned/built? I keep reading all this news reports, but I never see good numbers on the cost.

Of course, there's Milago which opened in May (linked in another response on the thread) & numerous other projects in development at this point. But right now I'm getting a little burnt out on researching all of them....I may come back & add more to the post over the weekend.

Good tip. Still amazes me of the lack of affordability of these condos. Nothing 2 bedroom less than 250k, it seems. Are there that many people in austin with no kids making that kind of money?

Spring (as of now) will be 41 floors, with units being on floors 5 - 41, and 260 units, plus six commerical units. Spring has over 600 reservations. Construction to start Jan. or Feb. 07, completiong end of 2008.

The Shore is selling units, not leasing, just and FYI.

Bridges on the Park is in the process of converting reservations into contracts (reservations are refundable, contracts are not).

Judges Hill (I think that is the name) is taking reservations.

721 Congress should finally get funding and start construction.
