I have a 2-1 (approx. 780 square feet) condo for sale. My wife an I lived there before we started having kids; moved when we needed larger place. Short walk to Capital Metro to head down to campus or short drive to Far West area for UT Shuttle bus stops. Older community, quiet, close to lots of restaraunts, shopping, etc.
