I totally see the not wanting to upgrade issue being important for many but I was hoping for HBO. He lost his edge awhile ago, sadly, and that medium would let him explore and uncover avenues to get it back. I would love to see him be able to say whatever and do whatever he wants. The skits and bits, not to mention monologue, would be awesome!

NBC likely had a part to play in his diminished edge and I don't think TBS will be open enough to sharpen back up. My guess is once the newness of it rubs off, and his absence from tv they will not have near the audience they think they will. Sad because he is late nights Obi Won Kinobi, our only hope.

I must be unhip, because I've never thought Conan was even remotely entertaining.

I never liked Conan or Leno much, and I couldn't care less if I am considered hip or not.

I am a fan of both Leno and Conan and have not found Conan to be a fraction as funny or on the edge as his first 3 to 4 years. It was downhill ever since then with only mere moments of substance. The same with Leno which is why I have a hard time watching either for an entire show. I watch depending on the guest or musician on a certain night. I watch segments and seldom their monologues. I have seen the emperor's new clothes with both of them.

He's going to get a beatdown from Jon Stewart and Colbert. Conan doesn't have **** on them.
