My daughter has somehow messed up her computer, and now she can't log on to it, and the mouse is only working intermitently. It was only used for word processing and playing dvds, it was not hookied up to the interweb. Its a Dell XPS 400 running Windows XP ME 2005. Any reccomendation on a reputable place or person to take it to for a diaganosis and repair? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
