Computer Help Please

Not the proper forum, I'm sure, but not many visit the others anymore.

On my laptop I can watch a video clip and then 15 minutes later I can attempt to watch it again and get nothing but a green screen.
The audio is fine, just a blank green screen.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I'd uninstall anything like Flash or Shockwave that's doing it in the first place and reinstall the most recent versions.

I'd look into a Process Handler and see what you have running in the background. My favorite is Autoruns if you have Windows. You can uncheck the crap that's holding up other processes and software programs. You can usually tell what these are because they're 3rd party vendors or have really long, complicated file names with no defined purpose.

Make sure all your drivers are up to date too.
