Are any of you a member of a CSA? I joinedThe Link CSA here in Houston for local organic meat delivery. It looks pretty good, but I'm looking for a good produce CSA that delivers. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them and if the prospect of getting coolers of seasonal meats and produce scares anyone. I consider myself a good cook, but I've never prepared some of the stuff...
