Commercial Bank Recommendations

Our company's current bank is stuck in the stone age. Any recommendations on which commercial bank would be good to switch to?

I've been in banking for awhile. Really depends on what you need and how many products you want.

Smaller regional banks are always solid, but don't have as many services. Banks like Ironstone, Omni, Guaranty and Plains Capital. Then you have the big banks like Chase, BOA, and Wells. All bigger banks are pretty good and if you can develop a relationship with your banker at a large bank, you will have great service.

I think the bank that falls in the middle is Frost. Competitive products and the people who work there are pretty solid.

My mom works for Texas Capital Bank. I know of several real estate firms that use them and are very happy. I can see if she has an Austin contact.
