Comanche Moon II

There is an entire thread on it. I loved "Lonesome Dove". Watched the series on netflix a couple of years ago, loved it. Read the book, loved it more.

I have tivoed "Comanche Moon". I don't have the book but have Dead Man's Walk (which comes before CM). Should I delete this or watch it?

I've read most of McMurtry's books and seen all the movies made from them. Comanche Moon is worth watching in my opinion. I'll watch in again someday.

Watch it! It's worth watching just to see Steve Zahn's characterization of Gus.

You know, a lot of people thought he couldn't pull it off but I think the highlight of the mini-series was Zahn. He nailed the mannerisms and the style of Gus. I really enjoyed his scenes.
