Is this a good appartment complex? Is it in a nice part of town? Is it hard to get a lease? Any info would be nice. Thanks in advance.

Not a bad place to get some action. There is usually plenty to be had.

It's off Riverside. Not exactly the greatest part of town, but there are a ton of student apt. complexes in the area, which makes it not so bad.

All of those student apts are basically one step up from a dorm, and for about 1/2 of the residents, it's the first time that they've had zero supervision. Imagine Jester without the RA's.
Other notes:

-Your number does not show up on other's caller ID, it's some generic number ending in 1080. Nice if you like to crank call, sucks if you need to call 911

-(related to the above) the phone lines suck. It's like a hotel's phone system in that it takes many lines, and combines them into one superline. What does this mean? Super slow internet conections, and many disconects

-The management sucks. The offices are staffed with idiots working part time during non-peak hours, and exclusively at the office off Wickersham. If you are a hot chick, and there's a dude working, you get great service. If you are hot dude, and a chick is working, you get great service. Otherwise, they'd rather light you on fire and piss on you to put it out.

-If you can get an apartment near the pool on the wickersham side (it's really nice there, lots of trees and such), and you get a cable modem it would be ok. That hot tub is the bomb, and can fit about 20 naked hotties

-You have to shop at either the worst Albertson's in town or the worst HEB in town. Can be frustrating when there are 30 people in 3 lines (Albertsons') or 100 people in 10 lines (HEB). And they are staffed with each chain's worst employees.

-If you have a nice car, or keep such "luxury" items like radar detectors, CD's and such in your car, it will
be broken into. I had a 1983 Plymouth Caravelle. I left the windows open and doors unlocked all the time, becuae I didn't want the rat ******** breaking a window only to figure out that there wasn't jack in my car, and I didn't want to have to replace a part that was worth more than the car

I lived a college park phase II, its pretty nice over there, pool is better than phase I if the hot tub is actually working. I think they just put in new T1 lines, probably slow as hell but better than the dial-up that i had to suffer. Apts. are a decient size and are furnished which is good.
