Commited after his official visit. Not sure if he had an offer to UT or not yet, but I know you were very interested and pursuing him.

He can read so he is aware of the Texas DB's (both on campus and committed), and chose aggy knowing he will probably start in that defensive backfiled from day one.

Hope enjoys those 6-6 season in the SEC.

ATM had lots of blown coverages and missed assignments in the secondary, but to their credit, they adjusted. SMU simply didn't when they needed to. Would have been interesting to see how that game played out if SMU didn't spot the ags 21 right out of the shoot. I still crack up visualizing that chubby *** kicker whiff on the onside attempt, and then run around the ball for 5 seconds like he was waiting for the music to stop.

ATM is good, probably a lot better than what most on this board think, but not as good as the texags dream them to be. I think a 10-15 ranking is about where they end up when its all said and done. With that, atm should be able to hold on to all of their class, and maybe even add another solid propsect or two.

i dont think SMU was unprepared. i actually thought they had a decent enough game plan. also their 1st string QB was on a short leash going into the game.

as for the rest, i guess we'll agree to disagree.
