How is Coastal the number 4 seed and TCU not. RPI my ***!

TCU got hosed not getting a National seed. They deserved it much more than Ga Tech or Louisville. Coastal Carolina probably deserved a Top 8 seed, but no way should they be seeded higher than UVA.
