Coach Sherm playing Tough Guy?

Don't know if it's just my newspaper, but the last 3 days there have been nothing but "motivational?" quotes coming from Frannochio's replacement:

Tuesday re: Javorskie - He's going to have to help us at tailback some. If he gets the level of conditioning that we think he can handle it, we're going to get him some more."

Wednesday re: Freshman RB Cyrus Gray after he broke 3 runs of at least 20 yds., a lengthy kickoff return and hauling in a 70-yard touchdown pass - "He still has room to improve. There's a trade-off there. He has to clean up some things that he's making mistakes on, and you have to weigh that with other production stuff."

Today re: RB Mike Goodson returning to practice after missing several days while nursing a hamstring injury - "He looked a little rusty to me. He dropped two balls in critical situations and couldn't finish the long run. A lot of that has to do with that he hasn't been out here."

Sounds like there will be no Little Debbies passed out anytime soon by this coach. Either that or he's just acting like "Not very deceptive Mr. McGrumpy Motivational."

Hook'em!!!

It comes from wanting to take out Mrs. Sherminator for a night on the town, and the realzation that the date would start at Denny's and end at The Chicken. Who could wake up in College Station every day and remain cheerfull?

Don't forget breakfast the next morning at the Kettle there next to campus....The hasbrowns are delightful!

You know he's saying this place is a **** hole-we should have brought the Packers out here for training camp.

Chuck Carlton of the DMN has to now look balanced... to lowly aggy & UT, at least now that he is writing in place of former DMN - UT beatwriter Chip Brown. The paper has numerous daily quotes and feel-good quips on aggy practices & The Shermanator statements these days.
