I'm pretty sure this has been done before....

It is like Lindberg and the first transatlantic flight. Headlines all over. But he was like the 39th to do it. So they made it the first solo transatlantic flight, but buried that in the details. This is probably the first face transplant, including upper checkbone skin or forehead. Or some similar qualification that really means it has been done often before. But don't put that detail in the headlines.
