Clone Wars cartoon this Friday

It's not bad ... not great. Watched it with my 10 year old and three of his 4th Grade friends (kid had a sleep over for his birthday) and they enjoyed it.

They are 30 minute episodes that look like some will build upon each other. They don't each have all the characters. The first was almost exclusively Yoda and three Clone Troopers ... the second had Skywalker and the new girl but very little of anyone else.

The original battle droids (roger roger) are comic relief, and it is geared for kids, so the fighting and the story lines are geared for that.

I will still give it a watch.
 
My four and five year old nephews loved it and were in tears when they had to go home before it was over. I told them I would Tevo it, but I don't have a Tevo.
 
I assume this is the TV series that continues the TERRIBLE movie released in August? For those who remember Star Wars fondly, a live-action TV series is in the works as we speak (pre-production work, hiring actors and writers, choosing a network, etc.). My guess is that it will do very well as it is supposed to be targeted more toward adults (along the lines of the Episode III, more violence, adult themes, adultish humor, etc.).
 
It is a kids cartoon, like a Saturday morning Batman or something. Not sure why adults are trying to critique it. I took it for what it is and enjoyed it.

Haven't seen the movie yet, but I did hear it was really bad.
