is there anywhere in Austin to do a CLEP review besides House of tutors??

I don't know which CLEP test you need to take, but I recently took the Sociology one at UT and it was VERY easy. I bought a review book Barnes and Noble and studied the practice tests in the back for two nights. The real test is exactly like them. I passed the test with A credit. I would advise anyone to take it, it is the easiest way ever to get 3 hours of credit.
