Clemens caught in another lie

Never really had any respect for Clemens except that he was a great pitcher. But always thought he was a jackass

2 years ago after the congressional hearing (and subsequent events) I never thought it possible that someone could look worse than Mark McGuire, Palmero, Sosa, or Bonds. Clemens has found a way to beat all of them combined. At this point forgetting how to speak English seems like the best defense of all of them. Roger would of been better off doing that.

The self will that this man used on the mound is now his undoing. He has completely exposed himself. Fear driven decisions only lead to more fear. His actions are a dim example of this.

Man, those guys have no credibility. Can you seriously trust attorneys? This guy Hardin went to law school, after all. And this is America, folks. Whatever happened to giving Roger the benefit of the doubt?

If this is true then yes he is caught in a lie. However I think the intent of his statement was that he would have talked to Senator George Mitchell if he had known that he was going to "end up" in the report. Since this proves that he found out a week before it was released it was really too late at that time to do anything about it. But yes any little lie at this point in time will go to discredit him further.

Same question, Milk. Apparently all the Roger-haters on this board have decided he's guilty until proven innocent. I didn't realize that was the test!

I don't think anyone is claiming that McNamee hasn't lied at times. it just seems that he is coming clean in regards to the steroid issue.
