The cast iron skillet thread got me thinking - is there a way I'm supposed to clean a wok? Mine's pretty old (and inherited from the house I'm living in now) so I'm not sure if it was ever properly seasoned.
I've used soap on it several times. It still seems to work fine, though often times there's a black residue left over from when I last washed it.
Any recommendations?
