I am not very knowledgeable about fitness and kineseology, to say the least. For cardio, I run a few miles or bike several miles a couple of times per week. At the gym I pretty much do what's available at the time with no plan.
Anyway, I recently read a short article on interval and circuit training and wanted to get the opnions of those more knowledgeable about the benefits,methods, etc.
