I just upgraded my Verizon FiOS account from Extreme HD to Ultimate HD and verified with the customer service rep that I will be getting LHN on the broadcast premier date. And it actually saved me money because the new bundle included another service I was paying extra for.

I can just see all the aggys rushing to their accounts to downgrade from the Ultimate HD package so they don't have to pay for LHN.
