WOw. this whole forum is a hit!!!!! Wound up over at in-laws Christmas eve and the theme for dinner was Mexican. I acquired the FIL's smoker which was tons smaller than I'm used to. Made the best of his small New Branfels style and started my journey towards 10 lbs of tablitas for evening dinner. How little thought did I give to his smoker not being able to hold 10 lbs of tablitas at one time. I'm used to my trailer smoker which will hold in the 100's of pounds of meat, but sure labored through it and finished up the tablitas. Good times. Thanks for the BBQ pit forum Hornfans!!!!!!
