From the reports, Chris is ready for The Show. This speaks very well of the Rangers farm system and developmental approach. You'd wonder what the future holds for Hank when he is physically ready - will there be a place for him to play?

Also, I REALLY think we should be trying to move C Davis to LF. M Ramirez/Salty/Teagarden/Laird at C means we need to have someone playing the 1B/C role. Learing how to play the OF is probably the easiest position to learn and let's just hope C Davis has enough abiilty to learn it.

I was just reading that. So tonight in Houston it'll either be Davis or Ramirez at 1B. Catalanotto = trade. Hank = TBD.

i liked derosa because he could play every position on the field except pitcher, catcher and CF. I thought what he went to the Cubs for was worth it. that's just me. i thought it was a great fit and i thought he really liked it here.

like i've said it has worked out in our favor since r vasquez has been $ but at the time i was pissed.

btw, DeRosa didn't leave b/c of money (it was essentially the same), he left b/c the Cubs "promised" him the FT 2b job.
