Chocolate, Sweet Potato, Pecan Pie Pron

I did 4 of these last night. These were the 1st two out of the oven.

I've got orders for 12 more between now and Sun, so I'll try and get the recipe up ASAP.

But right now I'm like

my wife always makes your basic pecan pie during the holiday, and its yummy. One thing I love she does is chop the pecans. I know its a personal preference, but I hate the pies with the full pecan halfs because it makes it tougher to slice and eat and seems to not have as much pecan. what's your thoughts on that?
