It certainly would appear Parr has had many run-ins with law enforcement over a lengthy period of time, from reading the comments page.
I don't know what is more disturbing, the conduct of the gifted athlete, or the comments at the conclusion of the article, filled with every kind of rationalization for the athlete's behavior, baseless charges of discrimination, and then the numerous racist remarks. A very disturbing cross-section of humanity revealed on one page-really somewhat sickening to think of a community filled with those characters.
