Chicken Marinade

I'm going to put some chickens on the grill for the Horns game tomorrow and I need a good chicken marinade? I'm also making the jalapenos blue cheese burgers.

I like to soak my yardbird in the blood of the non-believers.

However, if that isn't available, lime juice and salt is hard to beat.

If you're looking for somthing other than a BBQ flavor I use Kikkoman's Teriyaki Baste and Glaze. Marinate them for a few hours or overnight.

Goya makes a great marinade for chicken. It is called Mojo Criollo. It is Cuban style. We tried it last weekend and it was fantastic.
