Chicago blues clubs and restaurants?

I am going to be in Chicago next week for business and would like to go to a good blues club. I would appreciate suggestions. I am thinking of Buddy Guy's Legends. I would also appreciate any suggestions on restaurants of any type, with a preference towards anything not too hard on the wallet. Thanks.

I'll second Kingston Mines. If you pay to get into Kingston Mines they usually give you free admission to Blues which is just across the street.

There's tons of good food but "hard on the wallet" is subjective. Whatever you do, avoid the BBQ. Anything else is great. I'll throw out two that don't usually get as much pub:

Frontera Grill is a Mexican place downtown run by Rick Bayless that is home of the best margarita I've ever had -- and some really good food too.

Tango Sur is a "cheaper" BYOB Argentine steak place near Wrigley Field. It rules!

You should also eat an Italian Beef somewhere.

Anything that gets "Recommended" by the Chicago Reader will be good too The Reader

I would recommend Green Mill for blues and jazz. It was Capone's favorite hang out. Kingston Mines is awesome as well.
