Dude is a straight P-I-M-P. I finally made it over to Enchiladas y Mas today for lunch. While I prefer Maudies, it's by a slim margin. I was a little disappointed that the onions were on top of the enchiladas instead of inside. I'm curious to know if there is a comprehensive list of restaurants that Chef Jorge has created the menu for. I did a google search and ended up on a forum that was more of a monkey orgy than this place.

was there Friday for lunch as well ( if you were talking about Friday)

Enchiladas Rancheras with a sliced avocado side dish.

Freaking outstanding and I didn't need to eat dinner.

we have the exact same taste in tex mex.

my favorite enchiladas dish in the world is the # 5 from enchiladas y mas followed very close by the hernandez enchiladas from maudies.

can anyone direct me to a place in houston that comes close to these kind of dishes?

Where is Jorge now? I made a special trip to his place off I-35 at 23rd by the University when I was home last summer and it had been turned in to an Ethiopian restaurant.
