It's courageous because you think a decision of this magnitude wouldn't scare the **** outta you... so much so that you might not go thru with it? It's courageous to make a decision to live life as your "true self" knowing that people will make fun of your or persecute you for your decision.

Did anyone have the calculus 808 professor in the late 80's that was in the midst of a sex change? I believe his/her name was Kathy/Kevin Smith. Was going from man to woman.

I heard that after the change was completed, she also came out as a lesbian and dated women. Is this only weird to me?
