Doesn't the Dog & Duck Pub have chargrilled burgers? I haven't been there in a couple of years, but I know last time I was there my burger was really good.
Is the question "chargrilled" or "charcoal"? Because to me, chargrilled is basically anything cooked on an open flame and Burger King would qualify. Charcoal is different. I didn't know Top Notch used charcoal. If so, that's very cool.
The only restautant I ever recall actually seeing real charcoal being used was Hereford House in Kansas City. How common is it for restaurants to cook with real charcoal?
Had a mtg at Z-Tejas today. Ordered the burger after this recommendation. Damned solid choice. 1/2 lb, grilled, jalapeno mayo, really toasted bun. Good stuff.
