Changing electric companies

Since Reliant is trying to stick it to everyone, we are making the move to a different provider. It seems like the cheaper ones require you to sign a contract for fixed rates. 13.4 and 14.4 are pretty good to me. The 13.4 comes with a 6 month contract and the 14.4 comes with a 12. They both have cancellation fees with no extra charges. My neighbors have had good luck with Stream Energy. Anyone else had them?

I would jump all over that rate. In fact, I'm going to see if its available in Dallas.

Give Gexa a call if you haven't already. I've been on their variable month-to-month since March. Last month's bill was $275 at 13.5 per KwH. I live in a two-story, 3K sq ft, two unit house...and last month was hot.
