Changes?

what changes do you expect to see with the program in the off season? I would really like to see us get a top flight, known commodity, pitching coach. I have seen nothing in Skip Johnson that impresses me. He has not developed the pitching staff, especially the relievers. We keep coming back with our starters as relievers because there is no confidence in the rest of the pitchers on the staff. We need another Anderson or Holliday, in my opinion.Your thoughts?
