Chances for Texas Tech to win

If aggy loses to tech their entire season
will fall into a 9 G tailspin

I like the idea of Texas and Texas Tech winning this weekend...wouldn't that be a riot in collie station.

The Texas-OU game is too crazy to predict. I like a top ten passing attack of Tech going against an anm pass D that is dead last in NCAA Div 1. Aggy D will be very tired in the fourth quarter...again.
 
The problem is OSU and the pig people have some athletes on defense; Tech doesn't. Based on performances so far, the score should be something like 61-60 since neither defense can stop any competent offense. Doege will throw for 7-800 yards, but that will not be enough.

Not to worry, aggy has only one easy win left on their schedule - Kansas - if the team can hold together that long. ou will put up 77 on them if Landry can still play after this weekend.
 
Of what I have seen... Tech may have problems with the aggs. I am pulling for tech but i thunk the aggs will pull this one off.
 
Tech because the game is in Lubbock. Many a great Texas team has had their championship dreams shattered in Jones Stadium and this A&M team is nowhere near that caliber. This is aggy's first true road game.

I get that Tech's defense has been bad and A&M's offense is potent. But it's a night game in Lubbock and you know those fans are going to be very rowdy.

I really thought aggy would beat OSU and Arkansas.

Given how deflated aggy is after blowing two huge leads, having QBs set school records in consecutive weaks, and heading into Lubbock, I'm predicting a Tech win.
 
Aggie has allowed the last two quarterbacks to set all time personal and school passing records. My guess is that Tech is going to throw for close to 1000 yards. Not sure what kind of shape the gaggie defense is in, but they're going to be tired chasing wide receivers at the end of this game.

Better hope their offense can hold onto the ball or it's over in the 2nd half for them again. Oh yeah, and lots of Big XII chants to remind them of their final loss under the cruel lights of Lubbock.

The last two weeks aggy has managed to lose after leading early and Tech has come from behind to win.

42 37.. Tech wins
 
I'm not sure, but I would take the over on this game.

I like Texas Tech in this one. aggy will start off fast and run up a big lead. Tech won't care, because they're a passing team anyway. aggy will go home at halftime, as usual, and Tech is a second half team. Tech outscores aggy in the second half, and wins.
 
Given that Tech has owned aggy (thanks to Leach) and the game is in Lubbock I'm going with Tech and their 10-5 record vs aggy. Tech clearly beat a superior aggy team with an inferior Tech team more then once.

It depends on aggy fright factor. If aggy gets behind this could actually be a plus for aggy. The best outcome is an aggy lead at halftime lol.
 
The Arkansas game for A&M was last year's version of the Missouri game where they got whipped. Sherm got everyone back on the same page, and then they rolled through the rest of the regular season.

I think Tech is screwed against A&M. Had they played them last week, it might have been a 600+ yard game for Doege. Now that A&M has had it's "come to Jesus" game, I think A&M wins by 3 TDs, if not more. Tech's D didn't have a chance to begin with, while A&M's pass D has nowhere to go but up.

I don't think A&M will cruise through the rest of the season, because they don't have Von Miller up front any longer. But I think they'll definitely contend for the conference.
