Just made some, using snapper we caught in Key Largo and tomatoes from my garden. Mmmmmmmmm, mmmmmm. It was just a basic recipe - lemon juice, lime juice, tomato, onion, hot sauce, dash of oregano. I still have about 10 pounds of snapper left if anyone has any ideas.
