Cell phone plan for $30?

Need a new phone, and was thinking of trying a new provider. I get excellent Sprint coverage at the house, but their phone selection is pathetic.

I'm currently paying $30 for 300 anytime minutes and unlimited nights and weekends starting at 8PM. Are their providers that plans in that price range that you're happy with?
