Ced works out for Lions

Way to keep a positive attitude.

Seriously though, if he signs they might as well build a coop in Detroit, because they are probably going to sell more UT gear than Lions.

That "report" came from Austin City Councilman Mike Martinez. He's working with Ced on a charity deal, but I'd question whether or not he has all his facts straight in this case.

Why would the Lions want him? I'm as big a burnt-orange homer that you'll find, but Cedric simply has not performed when given the chance, and he's got a bad attitude and off-field problems to boot. Locker rooms can tolerate superstar performers with ego or personality problems, but mediocre players better be good guys if they want to stick. I doubt he'll be in the NFL 2 years from now.
