CBS News selling Obama merchandise?

this doesnt show any bias does it? i thought only fox news was the one party network.....

There‘s some curious merchandise for sale in CBS News’ online store.*

Alongside a travel mug, tote bag and T-shirt that all bear the CBS News logo, the store also includes the following:

The guy is the president. His life and works are history whether you like or not. Is history not the business of news agencies? It's not like they're pitching campaign material.

I'm sorry, I didnt see Bush's memoir on the site. it's history too. besides, you are missing the point, they arent in the business of selling history from the eyes of a certain political perspective, they are in the business of keeping a watch on all of those in power, not peddling them.

I didn't read that the items were removed. I still say they have historic significance but considering the lack of any other items of historical signifciance, they are probably out of place. CBS claimed it was mistake casued by a third party provider connected with the store...would be curious to hear mroe how that works, though it does seem plausible. CBS didn't fight the criticism and quickly responded, so it doesn't seem listing the items was intentional.
