CBeyond

My company received what looks like a pretty good bid from a provider called CBeyond. Anyone have either positive or negative feedback on these guys? Any help would be appreciated.

I haven’t had any experience with their service (internet / VOIP?)...but let me guess. You work for a relatively small company in Dallas. That installation fee is their negotiation piece...

I think they have been around for a while if that means anything...

Our company looked at them several years ago but decided against it. If I remember correctly the pricing was really competitive, but there was just something that we found when we did our research that wasn't right. You may have already done this, but here are a couple of Google links I found.

i have two friends in sales with them. they must be selling a lot of interweb because he is pulling it in hand over fist.

They're actually located in our building. They have extremely high turnover in their sales and we get them coming to our office all the time. It's really annoying. The one time I talked to the guy, he never got back to me with a quote, so I am definitely not impressed with them.

C-the blondes. I would do business with Logix, imo. Let me know if you are interested and I can give you 2 great sales guys. Logix service is unmatched in the industry and you will have a positive experience.

Our company switched to them... 3 months later we're back with AT&T at a cheaper rate.
