Cavs ownser says Lebron Quit

Gilbert has his panties in such a tight wad, he may create a new form of fusion from them. i don't think James played his best in the series, but I don't believe he just up and quit after playing 82 regular season games, plus playoff games before the Celtics series.

LeBron gave Cleveland 7 years of his time, and Gilbert is acting like a whiny teenager with his reaction.

Then he should be jumping up and down that a crappy player left his team and quit crying like a little *****

I was pretty sure I was going to feel sorry for Cleveland the team and owners, the fans and others there. From the way they are reacting and things they are doing, they deserve it and more. Face it, you suck. Your city sucks, you as fans suck and you were lucky he was even there as long as he was. Take a hard look at yourself and try to figure out why the ones you love walk out on you!

Ahem, it's because you suck. It's not like LeBron even took HUGE money. That would have been NYC or the Nets.

Hmmm, Miami or Shaker Heights? Tough call. Not.

He definitely played harder than anybody else on that worthless scam of a team. What a lackluster group of players other than LBJ. Have fun with Harrison Barnes, *******! He ain't no LeBron.

Handwriting was on the wall with regard to both the owner and Lebron when Danny Ferry quit. Danny's wife is from Cleveland and he has 5 kids in school there (the boy might not be quite old enough for school). You'd have to either know you are going to get canned or there were untenable situations if you were in Ferry's shoes.

Cavs are dead in the water. A self proclaimed football town, no decent player (free agent) is ever going to want to play there.

The Link

What he did was so obviously out of line with a player of his stature that almost every fan response is on target...from all over the country.

Hilarious; Dan Gilbert should use this same logic when a player, who tries his hardest to make the Cleveland Caviliers, gets unceremoniously cut from his team. Absolutely hypocritical.

We should also consider that Durant probably re-upped in part because contract dynamics in the NBA are about to change. He leveraged himself.

What did you guys think when you watched that series? To me Cleveland looked different those 1st 3 games then they did the last 3. Lebron did not look like he had the killer instinct at all in those 3 losses.

Gilbert is no doubt a whiny douche whose comments were based more on emotion (and brown liquor) than reason. He will never be able to reconcile why on one hand he so desperately wanted to keep a player, but on the other thinks LeBron is a quitter and traitor. However, he is absolutely correct that LeBron DID quit on his team this year in the playoffs. Did y'all watch the freakin' games?!? LeBron's mind entered free agency as soon as it became evident that Orlando was not going to lay down and let him easily ascend to the Eastern Division throne.

"The Decision" and this nauseating free agency drama BS has clearly shown that LeBron is an exponentially bigger douche bag than Gilbert is. F him.
