Castle Hill Fitness

My mom and sister both go there and they love it. I know they like the staff a lot and that they offer some classes daily that are free with your membership. They also love the location but that's obviously a personal thing.

My wife does yoga there and loves it. I went in there one time for a massage and I was surprised to see that it's a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. It goes way back and wraps around the back of the other stores in that strip center.

I know that's not much, but all she does there is yoga so I don't have much insight to offer.

I used to work out there, and really liked it. Its much bigger than it looks from the street.
There's a decent amount of circuit machines, as well as rowing, elliptical, treadmills, bikes, etc. You might have a short wait to get on one of the aerobic machines during peak times, but not long. You can usually find another one to use for the 10 minute wait. But nothing like Gregory or a chain gym. My two favorite things were the current lap pools and the rock climbing walls in the back.
Both the members and the staff were nice, not a lot of gawkers, just friendly people wanting to work out.
If I didn't live and work up north I would have kept up my membership.
