Interesting read on some Texas QB talent. Case is apparently impressing some people.

but it looks like he will come in here confident and ready to challenge some folks.

I'll preface by saying I have NO knowledge of the situation, but I just can't see him sticking with his commitment. As good as he may end up being it's pretty risky coming in a class behind Gilbert and in the same class with Wood. I hope he stays because we always need quality QB depth, I just don't see it happening.

He has a faster release than Gilbert and Wood, and he can throw running in either direction just like his brother. That is almost unheard of.

His accuracy is no where near his brothers. So he has problems, but he does have a quick release and the ability to turn either direction to run and throw.

Plus, I think that both of the McCoy boy's end-game career goal is to be football coaches.

If any of Colt has rubbed off on Case McCoy, he will be up early, and staying late after practice working on his game and making himself bigger and faster. Anyone who thinks he's coming to UT to be a career backup hasn't been paying attention to the McCoys.
