I was just thinking that maybe they are talking about SEC championships or even championships of any kind since the site doesn't really specify the kind of championship but they won the SEC in 1999 according to wikipedia and that year is not listed on this site.

Apparently they are the only fanbase who didn't watch in '06. That would be cool to have one of those three-pete shirts.
